Relationships,
Family Communication,
Sex, & Intimacy

Relationships are some of the most meaningful and complex parts of life. Whether you are facing challenges with communication, desire, shame, trust, or the natural changes that come with identity and aging, therapy can be a space to slow down, listen to your body, and reconnect with yourself and your loved ones. We offer individual, couples, and family therapy to support you in navigating these challenges from multiple angles. Together we focus on honest dialogue, emotional presence, and somatic practices that support safety, curiosity, and creativity. This work is not about performance or perfection but about cultivating connection, repairing wounds, and building intimacy that feels alive, authentic, and deeply human.

Body Image,
Self-Esteem,
& Eating Disorders

Struggles with body image and food can touch every part of your life, leaving you feeling stuck, ashamed, or disconnected from yourself. Therapy offers a space to understand your relationship with your body, explore the impact of cultural pressures and begin to trust your intuition and body wisdom. Together we use compassionate, body-based approaches that support safety, curiosity, and courageous healing. We work from a Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating framework to help you move toward food and body freedom. This work is not about control or chasing an ideal but about building a more peaceful and authentic connection with yourself.

Men's Mental Health, Identity,
& Healthy Vulnerability

Many men learn early on to stay strong, stay quiet, and push through. Over time, those patterns can create distance from yourself and the people who matter most. Therapy offers space to take an honest look at what’s working, what’s not, and learn to build a new kind of strength that includes connection and self-awareness. Together we will explore how identity, masculinity, and vulnerability shape how you think, feel, and connect with others. We also welcome people of all genders who want to examine the roles, expectations, and pressures that influence how they show up in the world. This work is about developing the clarity, confidence, and stability to live your life on purpose.

Physical, Emotional,
& Sexual Trauma

Trauma can live in the body as anxiety, nightmares, hypervigilance, or a constant sense of being on edge. It can also show up in relationships as mistrust, withdrawal, or repeating painful patterns. Therapy gives you a space to make sense of your experiences, feel less alone in your story, and begin to reclaim a sense of safety. We offer EMDR alongside somatic and relational approaches to help process traumatic memories, calm the nervous system, and repair the impact trauma has on connection with yourself and others. This work is not about forgetting what happened but about building resilience, restoring trust, and creating new ways of living and relating that feel secure and empowered.

Unhelpful Coping, Harmful Habits,
& Addiction

Turning to substances or other coping behaviors can sometimes feel like the only way to manage pain, stress, or grief. Over time, these patterns can affect your relationships, your work, and your ability to feel present in your own life. Therapy offers a compassionate space to understand what these behaviors are protecting, to explore safer ways of finding relief, and to begin building trust in yourself and your capacity for change. Together we will work on understanding what drives these patterns, building healthier coping tools, strengthening your relationships, and supporting you in finding steadier, more sustainable ways of caring for yourself.

Grief, Loss,
& Life Transitions

Grief can leave you feeling disoriented, heavy, or unsure of how to move forward. It can come after a devastating loss or appear quietly through changes in identity, relationships, or the life you thought you’d have. However it shows up, it deserves care and attention. Therapy offers a place to honor your loss on your own terms — to talk about it, sit quietly with it, or simply let it be what it is, without worrying about how others might feel or respond. We welcome all forms of grief, even the ones that are hard to name. Together we’ll help you stay connected to what matters, carry what cannot be fixed, and begin to live alongside your grief with steadiness and compassion.
